On the Blog:
We spoke to Featured Maker Vivian about how she uses Tynker to bring her favorite books to life! We also posted “10 Reasons Kids Should Learn to Code,” where we outlined the top 10 skills kids build when they learn to code with Tynker. On the education front, we shared a guest post from Tynker Blue Ribbon Educator David J. Lockett, as well as a reminder to apply for our Blue Ribbon Educator program this fall!
Tynker in the News:
Newsmax published a piece about rising enrollment in coding camps, featuring a photo of a child using Tynker at last year’s Apple Camp.
We’re also excited to announce that Tynker has been awarded an Academics’ Choice Award for Smart Media!
Please join the Tynker community! Parents and teachers can connect with us on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and the Tynker Community Forum. Kids can start learning to code and creating for free with the Tynker app for iPads or by playing our Hour of Code activities.
