Projects of the Week
BETA Space War v3.0.0 by Mateo
Dodge or shoot away the lasers in this space game! You can change your weapon to shoot one or even multiple lasers at the same time.
Infuriate your feline foes in this defense game. Wait for the appropriate amount of points and summon your feline companions to defeat the evil across the way!
With difficulty levels from cake to extreme, you can become a digital air hockey master. The speed drastically increases with every bounce, so you must be quick!

Avoid the walls and make it to the blue dot! The maze gets increasingly harder as you progress through the gauntlet.
Stick Man Stunts by busterddog
This user created an interesting project where you are the stick figure-stuntman jumping from buildings and soaring over buses on cars!

On the Blog
Our two Featured Makers this week are brothers! Dean and Connor both love building with LEGOs and coding creative projects in Tynker. Their mom, Amanda, thinks that Tynker is “wonderful” and is “created in a way that my child was able to start coding when he was only 7 years old and learn skills that will continue to help him throughout his life.” Thanks for choosing to begin your family’s coding education with Tynker!
This week’s Featured School is Barrington 220. Their district makes STEM a priority and views coding as “a language necessary for learners to communicate, create, and become future problem solvers in our digital society.”
Don’t miss the latest addition to our Women in STEM series, Sister Mary Kenneth Keller. Sister Keller was both a nun and the first woman to earn a PhD in Computer Science!
