Winter is here, and so is the coolest coding competition of the year. Show off your coding skills for a chance to win $1,000 worth of cash prizes over a twelve-day period. Want to hear the best part? The Competition takes place from December 19th to December 30th
Tynker’s Winter Code Jam is a skill-based coding competition that challenges young minds to stay sharp over the winter break. It’s the best way to spend the holiday break especially if you are stuck inside.
This year’s theme is Winter! So look for a block coding challenge around a winter theme. And, yes, it’s FREE. Participants need to be connected to a parent account to be eligible to win a prize!
Did someone say Prizes?
There will be 3 Grand Prize Winners covering the two weeks of the coding challenge.
- The 1st place Winner will receive $500 (USD).
- The prize will be delivered via PayPal or wire transfer.
- The 2nd place Winner will receive $300 (USD).
- The prize will be delivered via PayPal or wire transfer.
- The 3rd place Winner will receive $200 (USD).
- The prize will be delivered via Paypal or wire transfer.
Winning!
Winners will be chosen based on the total number of likes received for their project after final review for eligibility by Tynker.
Judges will confirm that all of the winning projects are:
- Original
- Creative
- Relevant to the theme
- Completed with accurate code
