This teacher said, “All one needs to do is look at these 1st & 2nd grade faces & watch the critical thinking & problem solving that goes on while coding.” Love it!

It’s fun to see this teacher showing off her students’ projects!

Nice! These kids coded a reaction test!

This child was inspired by the movie Black Panther to create a Minecraft mod.

Love seeing kids enjoying coding! This child is taking it one step further by entering a coding competition.

On The Blog:

The blog was busy this week! Our featured makers were Gavin and Kayra. Gavin loves to code because “When you play a game, sometimes you think of things that you would’ve liked to have seen in the game, and if you can make something, you can go back and add something that you would’ve liked.” It was also fun to hear how Kayra codes with his father!

This teacher from Phoenix was featured, and said, “With Tynker, students are more open to challenges and take pride in sharing what they learned.” We also revamped this article about how learning to code develops creativity, and posted this article about our STEM coding courses.

Keep contributing to the Tynker community! Parents and teachers can connect with us on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and the Tynker Community Forum. Kids can start learning to code and creating for free with the Tynker app for iPads or by playing our Hour of Code activities!
